About Us

Welcome to GEPCOBill.com.pk.

We built this platform with a single mission: to make routine electricity-bill tasks easier for GEPCO consumers in Gujranwala, Sialkot, Gujrat, Hafizabad, Narowal, Mandi Bahauddin, and nearby service areas.

Our Story

Getting your electricity bill on time in Pakistan can sometimes be challenging. Paper bills get lost or delayed. We realized that while online facilities existed, many were filled with excessive ads, slow loading times, confusing interfaces, and security concerns. We wanted to build something better.

GEPCOBill is a modern utility tool. By simply entering your 14-digit Reference Number, your browser can prepare a request for the official PITC viewing portal. We do not store your bill number in a database, and the bill itself is shown by PITC.

Who Maintains This Website

GEPCOBill.com.pk is independently maintained by F. Mahmood, a developer based in Islamabad, Pakistan. He has been building utility and tool-based websites for over five years and keeps this website updated for common GEPCO consumer tasks.

He maintains the tools, reviews guide updates, and checks bill-related information against official sources where needed.

Other Utility Projects

F. Mahmood also maintains a few separate utility websites for Pakistani consumers, including Sui Gas Bill Check for gas-bill lookup and iBill.pk for checking bills from multiple electricity distribution companies.

Who This Site Helps

This website is designed for everyday GEPCO users who need to check a duplicate bill, understand a confusing charge, find payment guidance, locate contact information, or learn the next step for common electricity issues.

Our guides are written in plain language for households, shop owners, tenants, landlords, and small businesses that need practical help without navigating several official portals at once.

Why Use This Website?

Official portals are important, and users should always rely on them for final bill amounts, official notices, payments, complaints, and connection decisions. The challenge is that common GEPCO tasks are spread across several places: PITC for duplicate bills, GEPCO for company and complaint information, NEPRA for tariff and regulatory matters, ENC for new connections, and banking or wallet apps for payments.

GEPCOBill.com.pk brings these everyday consumer tasks into one simpler starting point. Our bill checker gives users a cleaner first step before they continue to the official PITC portal. Our guides explain confusing bill terms, taxes, slabs, payment steps, and contact routes in plain language. Our contact information helps users find the right official channel faster instead of guessing where to go.

The goal is not to replace official websites. The goal is to make them easier for regular mobile users to understand and reach.

How We Maintain Our Guides

We periodically review our billing, tariff, payment, and complaint guides and update wording when official processes or consumer notices change. Where a topic depends on official rules, we point users toward GEPCO, PITC, NEPRA, ENC, or other relevant official sources for final confirmation.

Our content is informational. Final bill amounts, payment status, connection approvals, complaint decisions, and tariff notifications are controlled by official systems and authorities.

Our Editorial Approach

GEPCOBill guides are written in the site's editorial voice and reviewed by F. Mahmood before important updates are published. We know how frustrating a high bill can feel during hot months, so our guides explain bill checking, payment steps, taxes, tariffs, reference numbers, and common billing issues in simple language.

When a guide depends on official information, we use or cite relevant sources such as GEPCO, PITC, ENC, NEPRA, and government tariff notifications. We separate our explanations from official decisions, and we tell users to rely on official portals for final bill amounts, payments, complaints, and connection matters.

Corrections and Updates

If you notice an outdated tariff reference, broken official link, unclear instruction, or any other issue, please contact us at our Contact page or email [email protected]. We review correction requests against official sources before changing bill-related guidance.
